Student Directory

The Student Directory is online only and it includes the contact information and grade lists for students attending MCE only. Inclusion of contact information is optional. Information is collected online using the secure system Membership Toolkit.

 

Note: Returning families must verify their information EVERY year.

New Families

Use the link below to create a new family profile.

  • This directory is for MCE only. Do not enter Middle School and High School students.

  • Use this link for New Families only.

  • If there are two addresses for a student use the "additional address" section. Do not complete two forms.

  • Be sure to enter the information in sentence case. Many hours are spent correcting forms that were not completed properly prior to printing the directory.

  • For example: do not use all lowercase or ALL CAPS when filling out name and address.

Returning Families

Do not sign up as a new family, as it causes duplication.

  • Families will receive an email from "Membership Toolkit" before school starts with the link to create an account.

  • Creating an account is a one-time event to begin using the Membership Toolkit site.

  • Once your account is created, you will receive a confirmation email with a link to verify your email address.

  • Once your account is verified, please log in with your email and password you created and confirm/update your family's information. 

  • E-mail mcestudentdirectory@gmail.com if the email isn't received prior to school.

  • The link is for MCE only. Do not enter Middle School and High School students through the link.

  • Check that your child’s new grade is listed correctly and enter the applicable teacher. Carefully check your address and contact information, making changes if needed.

  • Add Kindergarteners or additional children who did not attend MCE last year but will be attending this year.

  • Enter all children under the same family registration.
