Every other year, MCE hosts STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering, Mathematics) Day for our students in grades 4 and 5. 

In preparation for this special day, each student had the opportunity to select three different sessions in which to participate from a robust offering of seventeen different options (See the workshops at the link below).

 

We are grateful for our knowledgeable presenters for their willingness to share their expertise with our students and for bringing forward a diverse set of topics designed to pique the interest of every child!

 

When your child arrives at school on Friday morning, they will begin the day in their homeroom classroom where they will receive their schedule for the morning.  Students will then travel to their three assigned sessions held from 9:00-9:50 a.m., 10:00-10:50 a.m., and 11:00-11:50 a.m.  They will then resume their normal schedule, including lunch and recess, for the remainder of the day.
